you can stay in a german treehouse village

By

In the town of Seelbach, Germany, lies a village of 10 treehouses surrounded by picturesque rolling hills. And you can stay in one with five of your mates, if you like. OK, a little disclaimer: it’s not a real village, and they’re not real treehouses – these wooden cabins are perched atop structures that are built to look just like enormous tree stumps, and they’re located in the Schwarzwälder Hof holiday park.

Powered by photovoltaic systems and constructed from local wood, the treehouses are designed to be sustainable and climate-neutral. If you reckon that sounds like somewhere you’d like to spend the night, head to the Schwarzwälder Hof’s website.
