this barcelona park is an arty wonderland
Located in the bustling and super-arty city of Barcelona, Park Güell is a stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site composed of lush gardens and dreamy architecture that we reckon would fit right at home in Alice's Wonderland.
Built from 1900 to 1914 and opened to the public in 1926, this park was designed by renowned architect and designer Antoni Gaudí, who you might recognise his style from the incredibly detailed and still unfinished Basílica de la Sagrada Familia. Antoni adorned Park Güell in dazzling colours and architecture that looks like it came from an alien planet (in the best way), so if you happen to be in Spain anytime soon, you should absolutely check it out.
