michal zahornacky creates geometric art using architecture
Blocky buildings make for surprisingly eye-pleasing art. At least, that’s what we’ve gathered from gazing at Slovakian photographer and artist Michal Zahornacky’s series, Close. Inspired by the “suffocating” feeling experienced by most folks during COVID-19 lockdowns and quarantine, Michal layered snaps of rigid apartment blocks and other structures to create repetitive yet interesting images.
