Entries for the 2022 frankie Good Stuff Awards are open to Australian and New Zealand residents until 12pm midday, September 16th, 2022 (AEST). Entries must be received on or before this date and time to be accepted into judging for the awards.
Each project may only be submitted into one category. This must be specified on the entry form. Only qualifying entries may be submitted in each category, and judges reserve the right to move your entry to a different category if we feel it’s more relevant.
Each category has specific criteria for entry with which you must comply. Entries deemed by the shortlisting judges to not meet these criteria will be deemed invalid.
By ticking the box on the entry form, all entrants warrant that they have permission from all parties, including copyright holders and collaborators, allowing frankie magazine and its partners to publish works submitted in any form they deem appropriate as part of the frankie Good Stuff Awards program, the frankie Good Stuff Awards website, relevant editions of frankie magazine, on frankie.com.au, frankie social channels, and all associated promotional activities and publicity, without limitation.
By ticking the box on the entry form, you indemnify nextmedia, frankie press, the frankie Good Stuff Awards and its employees, agents and supporting partners from any liability for wrongful use or misrepresentation of the works submitted. You assert that you are the author of the work and own the intellectual and moral rights to the work under the Copyright Act. Wrongful assertion of such rights will render the entry invalid and the entrant accepts all liability for any claim for damages or loss resulting from such wrongful assertion.
In the event that an award winner is subsequently found to breach the terms and conditions of entry, their work may be ruled invalid and the award deemed null and void. The entrant will be liable for any costs incurred and must return any prize(s) received.
Employees of nextmedia and/or frankie press and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
All judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into relating to the judging process or the outcome.
The winner of each category, including the winner of the People’s Choice Award, will receive the following prizes: - $1000 cash - access to Creative Plus Businesses’s GROW Program, valued at $1000 per winner - a year’s subscription to frankie magazine, valued at $65 The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. Cash prizes will be paid as EFT.
Privacy Information – frankie and frankie Good Stuff Awards maintain a database of registered details. We may send you promotional material in relation to frankie, frankie Good Stuff awards or on behalf of companies that support frankie Good Stuff Awards.
Terms and conditions may be amended, deleted or added from time to time at our discretion and we will publish the revised terms and conditions on the frankie Good Stuff website in a timely manner. By submitting your entry you agree to the full terms and conditions so please read them carefully.
