this art exhibition is a love letter to our insect pals

Regarding the animal kingdom, it’s no secret that there’s a bit of a disparity of love on our part – fluffy bears and bunnies are adorable, but why do we give bugs the cold shoulder? While a six-legged tarantula doesn’t exactly scream “cuddle buddy”, we still reckon that our invertebrate buddies deserve their flowers, too.

Thankfully, it looks like we’re not the only peeps who share this opinion, as there’s a rad new art exhibition held over at Melbourne’s own Off the Kerb Gallery, filled with talented artists each presenting an ace depiction of lovely-looking creepy crawly critters. The event will take place from December 7th to December 17th at 66B Johnston Street, Collingwood, and you can grab all the info you’ll need over here.
