My latest work really comes from the heart. It’s a series of nine paintings that depict an awkward human in an awkward time of their life. Surrounded by blooming flowers to represent the personal and emotional growth they will gain from this crappy time. I wanted the viewer to feel less alone in their struggle, and to offer a sense of hope that they’ll be OK. You might feel horrible now, but you’ll get through it and you’ll grow and might even be grateful for this time in the future.
