“Read My Mind was painted on wood using acrylic. It all started with a homeless man I saw once, who was wearing a Chanel t-shirt. I love the intricacy of the way we read one another's clothes, and the particular immediacy of the t-shirt. I am also interested in how we edit ourselves, and create a facade for the world to decipher. What would happen if we flipped that on its head, and showed everyone how we really feel?”
