‘Four Seasons’ is my first proper collection of patterns and products under my label Fabric Drawer. Reflecting the ever-changing weather in Melbourne and my love of flowers and nature, I created these floral patterns for each of the seasons. Each pattern starts out as a sketch on paper, which is then digitally re-drawn in Illustrator. I make each product myself and source the materials, where possible, from local suppliers. Most of the fabric is digitally printed by a Melbourne textile printer and I sew each product myself using my mum's old Bernina sewing machine.
