“This image is part of an ongoing series of works where I take objects found at op shops and create still life images, combining them with fresh flowers and plants to create whimsical and slightly unusual scenes. I will also donate a percentage of profits from prints sold online back to charity, for the Red Shield Appeal to tackle homelessness. I was initially inspired for this project while shopping at Savers to furnish my new apartment, and even though I was on a super-low budget, I’m still so lucky.”
