I’m a Melbourne-based graphic designer and illustrator specialising in colourful and playful designs.
Once Upon A Time zine is essentially an ode to childhood and imagination, looking into my own and others' experiences. Inside, there is a playful and nostalgic collection of illustrated scenarios, quotes and memorabilia. This was created through digital illustration and design, as well as handmade embellishments like die cuts, a fold-out booklet and transparent paper drawings. These elements work together to remind viewers of the way children seemingly view the world in technicolour, and the importance of holding onto this as they go into adulthood.
