As the founder of She Codes, I create dedicated pathways to tech careers by running coding workshops and programs for women. Over the past four years, we’ve taught over 4000 women how to code. This started from my own journey of wanting to learn, but having no idea where to start. She Codes aims to build a community and safe space for women to be included. Our goal is to upskill 100,000 women across Australia by 2025, while building a vibrant community and bridging the gender gap in tech.
