I was asked to write a concept and direct the music video for Tigertown’s new single, “Warriors”. Upon hearing the track, I could see how you could easily take a hyped up energetic approach with dancing and fireworks, however I wanted to create something a little more subdued and reflective of the lyrics.
The clip explores notions of love and lust through four characters, as they drift off to sleep and enter a series of surreal dreamscapes. Once they’ve lost consciousness, they’re able to escape their current realities and fulfill their desires, visiting loved ones in a transient void.
