Maybe because it’s getting colder down here and colourful flowers are becoming a rarer sight to spot, but we can’t help being just a little bit smitten with Nidhi Mariam Jacob’s elaborate paintings of a botanical wonderland. Nidhi is based in Bangalore, India, and uses her love for the natural world as inspiration for her vibrant art – describing nature as a “grounding force” in both her life and work.
