Check out our marketing coordinator's cosy gift ideas for the silly season.

Welcome back to our annual pressie wishlists made by some lovely frankie staff members! Next up is our marketing coordinator, Iris McPherson, who has some super-soft wares to nab up this Chrissie season. Have a gander at all the bits and bobs she hopes to snatch up underneath the tree.

Clockwise from top-left.

1. For me, Christmas time means dahlia time (if you remember from last year, my dream is to start a flower farm/market garden). This year, I've tripled the number of dahlias I've planted which means I need a new vase (it's only logic). I think this vase by little fish co is an excellent addition, since I love a bit of iridescence, so this will let my dahlias pop.

2. I tried this scent by Boy Smells a while ago at Mecca, and it just smells so interesting so I'm definitely going back for it. If you love floral and vanilla smells, you should absolutely give it a go. Also, it's cruelty-free, so we love it!

3. I think this ring pretty much speaks for itself – just how beautiful is it?! Nadia Ridiandries' work is so fluid, and I love that each piece is one of a kind. I couldn't go past this one with the opal!

4. Lisa Hu was one of our fabulous 2024 calendar artists this year, and I really love her work. She's made these beautiful plates that I have been eyeing for a while.

5. Have you heard the good news? Glossier is finally available in Australia! I've been lusting over the range for years now, so I cannot wait to put an order in. I've got a frightening large blush collection already, but Soar and Wisp are colours that are a bit different for me!

6. This year, I got into crochet (currently two months behind on my 2024 temperature blanket but we are moving on) and I came across these cute bowls by cotta ceramics to help hold yarn. I think my favourite is the calico cat, but honestly, they're all adorable.

7. I've been a glasses-wearing girl all my life, but recently I've dabbled in wearing contacts. The only downside is I have no sunglasses! I think this pair by SZADE will be the one to start my collection.

8. This bumper sticker by Pretty Bad Co speaks to my soul. Yes, I may be 26 and still on my learner's but driving isn't the only thing! This quote comes from one of my favourite shows, I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson, so another tick there.

9. Most of the bags I own are black, so this Status Anxiety bag will give me a nice pop of colour (yes, I know it’s still neutral but baby steps). It looks buttery-soft and is the perfect size and shape for every day – love it!

10. What can I say...I'm a simple gal. Give me hot chips and I'm happy. I don't discriminate (although my favourite cut is shoestring) as long as there's chicken salt. I love hot chips and I want this hoodie by SorryImBusy.
