I’m Elaine, the artist behind XF illustrations. A Loose Goose is a hand painted acrylic gouache illustration. It tells the story of a loose goose that has somehow entered the ‘human world’ (in this case in front of a shop/cafe) and is being curious and loose.

The piece is approached in a semi-abstract way by using colours and compositions to form the scene and create mood, which makes the loose goose attention-grabbing and allows viewers to imagine and decide the rest of the story.
