I’m a visual storyteller, using design, photography, art direction and styling. My work looks at confronting issues around gender and identity that address themes of the body through the power of words and images.

This project is a photographic storytelling project called Contrasting Lens. During my ongoing research into the complexities of the body – both inside and outside – most female-identifying people I’ve spoken to have had negative feelings about their bodies. Being able to look at theirr body, the parts they’ve felt shame over – to really look at it closely, investigate it and feel curious about it. My aim is to create the ability to distinguish the different ways we view the body we’re in.
