The Favourite Things blouse is a collaboration between my label Uncle Phuncle and artist Hanna Mancini of Hannakin. We had planned on collaborating on a special design when the world was sent into quarantine, meaning that our creation came to life over the phone. The Favourite Things Blouse was brought to fruition in the spirit of slow fashion. The textile print was beautifully illustrated by Hanna, the 100 per cent cotton fabric was printed by local printers Next State Print, the buttons sourced from Jimmy’s Buttons in Fitzroy and the final garment designed, cut and sewn from my studio.
