This collection explores the biography of my former childhood wardrobe as a subjective interpretation of femininity and nostalgia. Styles are softened with lace and abundant colour, evoking light-hearted responses to proper dressing in a unique combination of materials. A digital print was developed into delicate silk scarves and socks, in addition to handmade pendants and brooches from various forms of sentimental amber gemstones. Rose quartz buttons, pearl strands and laces trim individual garments, produced by local makers and myself. I believe thoughtfulness, time and quality is important to counteract typical fashion and create garments with an individual and spirited personality.
